- Convenience – parents and caregivers are already dropping off and picking up kids from school, so make their life easier, by having Kids Inc on site.
- Affordability – all our programmes have WINZ OSCAR subsidies available, and if eligible parents can receive up to a maximum of 20hours a week during term (and 50 hours a week during school holidays)
- Vigorous Vetting Process – before we employ anyone, they must pass a vigorous vetting process, where police checks are only part of the process, not the whole process.
- Trained Staff – all our staff receive extensive training and refreshers, including Child Protection, Health and Safety onsite and offsite, First Aid, Food Safety, Water Safety, Child Medical Emergencies and Behavioural Management.
- Programmes Themselves – whether it’s before school care, after school care or school holiday programmes, we provide the best environment for the kids to feel safe and comfortable, to enjoy their time, make friendships and have fun.
- Family Vibe – one of the most common words our kids use to describe being at Kids Inc is ‘family’ and the sense they feel like everyone is part of a family. If you can’t be with your kids due to other commitments, Kids Inc is the next best thing.
