Before School Care / After School Care Fees
Our Before School Care is run from both Brookfield School Hall and Bethlehem School Hall. Our After School Care is run from Brookfield School Hall with a pick up service from Bethlehem School. All kids are in After School Care are to be collected from Brookfield School Hall.

Penalty charge for late ‘pickups’: $5.00 each child for the first 10 mins and then $5.00 for every 5 minutes after that.
School Holiday Programme Fees
Fees are from $50.oo a day, per child (8.00am to 5.45pm). If you need to drop your child off from 7.00am, this is available by PRIOR arrangement for a limited number of places. A charge of $5 per child applies for this early start. Afternoon tea is included for a full day session.
$26 for a morning half day, per child (8.00am to 1.00pm).
There are additional fees for Trip Days.

When you use our online booking system to book your child’s sessions you can also pay online too using your Credit Card or Credit/Debit Card. This system uses online booking portal Stripe. Please follow online instructions at time of booking.
If you are not able to pay by the preferred methods, the other option is cash.
Confirmed Place at Session or Programme
Your child will only be accepted on the selected session (Before and After School Care) or selected day (School Holiday Programme) if your account has been paid. For families utilising WINZ for Oscar Childcare Subsidies, your deposit must be paid. Receipts will only be sent or emailed on request.
